Kayla Baker has been an integral part of Granite Construction since 2014, starting as an Administrative Intern and advancing to the role of HR Business Partner since September 2019. Kayla gained valuable experience through multiple internships within the company before completing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo in 2019.
