Elena Ostapovicz, SHRM-CP, aPHR, currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at Granite Construction since April 2022. Previously, Elena held the positions of Human Resources Representative and Human Resources Intern at Ernie Ball Music Man from May 2019 to April 2022. Elena began professional experience as a Student Assistant with Cal Poly Associated Students, Inc from April 2018 to June 2020. Elena is pursuing a Master of Science in Forensic Psychology at Arizona State University, expected to graduate in May 2024, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources and Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, completed in 2020.
