Peyton Deterding is a results-oriented leader with over 25 years of experience in various administrative fields, focusing on leadership and operational improvement. Peyton has held roles in multiple institutions, including serving as the Director of Athletics at Southeastern Community College and the Vice President for Administration and Finance at Grand View University, where they currently work. Peyton's past positions include Facility Supervisor at Cedar Falls Recreation Center, Customer Service Supervisor at GMAC Mortgage Group, and Event Manager at Northern Illinois University. With a strong background in fiscal management and human resources, Peyton is dedicated to enhancing departmental and organizational effectiveness. Peyton is pursuing Master’s degrees in Sport Administration from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and an MBA from Northwest Missouri State University, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from the University of Northern Iowa.
