Alla Kolhofer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and human resources. Currently serving as a Contingent Workforce Specialist at Grammarly since May 2023, Alla manages the full lifecycle of staffing processes for the contingent workforce. Prior to this, Alla held the position of People Operations Specialist at Softesis Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing recruitment and communication coordination for the CEO. Experience also includes roles as Operations Manager at LvivBuddy, focusing on client communication and logistics, as well as Assistant Manager positions at Crossing Travel Company and Bavaria Tour, where customer engagement and travel management were paramount.
