Md. Rafiqul Islam is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in technology transformation, digitalization, and automation within various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of IT Strategy and Architecture at Grameenphone Ltd since December 2015, Md. Rafiqul has led significant initiatives across business areas such as Retail, HR, and Customer Experience. With a robust background that includes roles at Telenor, UNDP, and banglalink, Md. Rafiqul has demonstrated expertise in enterprise architecture, system design, and digitalization projects. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Applied Physics, Electronics & Communication Engineering from the University of Dhaka, complemented by a strong foundation in programming and software development.
