Arunima Hassan is currently the Head of Strategic HR Partner at Grameenphone, where they focus on aligning HR practices with business strategies while enhancing employee engagement. Previously, they held various HRBP roles at Grameenphone, driving performance culture and revamping recognition frameworks. Arunima's earlier experience includes serving as a Business Analyst at RANCON and an International Student Ambassador at The University of Hong Kong. They earned an MBA in Finance and HR from the Institute of Business Administration, Dhaka University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from The University of Hong Kong.
