Benjamin Averill is a Technical Manager at Grain Processing Corporation, a position they have held since 2019. Prior to this, Benjamin worked as a Carbohydrate Scientist at Archer Daniels Midland Company from 2018, and served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from 2014 to 2018.
