Jitka Součková works as CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. She is responsible for leading the marketing team, planning B2B and B2C marketing activities, and media contact. She graduated from the Faculty of Multimedia Communications at the Tomáš Bata University in Zlín.

Before joining Grafton Recruitment, she led the marketing department of an e-shop in the Czech Republic and Slovakia for five years. In the past, she also worked in the media sphere.
