Lenche Gjorgjioski is an accomplished engineering professional with a strong background in mechanical design and operations management. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at GrabIT since February 2025, Lenche previously contributed as an R&D Mechanical Engineer at PlanetCare from November 2021 to February 2025, focusing on product design and innovation, including the development of the patented PC External Filter 2.0. Earlier experience includes a role as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Iskra from November 2016 to March 2020, where Lenche specialized in CAD modeling and technical documentation.
