Rui Tan is a Senior Data Science Manager at Grab, where they manage the Demand Shaping Data Science team to enhance network efficiency and drive customer growth. Previously, Rui served as a Lead Data Scientist at Grab, working on passenger behavior modeling for pricing and promotions. They also held roles as a Senior Transport Consultant and Data Scientist at Sopra Steria, and as a Graduate Student Researcher and Transport Data Analyst at the National University of Singapore. Rui earned a PhD in Transportation Planning and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Computing Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
