Kuixing (Flora) Lu is currently the Head of Corporate Legal at Grab, overseeing mergers and acquisitions, SEC compliance, and litigation strategy. Previously, they served as Asia Pacific Counsel at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates from 2008 to 2025, representing major clients in significant transactions including Bytedance Ltd. and JOYY Inc. Flora's expertise extends to advising on corporate matters for both public and private companies in the U.S. and China. They are also pursuing a Bachelor of Laws from East China University of Political Science and Law and a Master of Laws from Chicago-Kent College of Law.
