Husnain Ashraf is an experienced professional in accounting and finance, currently serving as the Assistant Manager of Compliance & Optimization for the Government of Saskatchewan since October 2025. In this role, Husnain leads a team of audit specialists to ensure compliance with financial regulations and provides insights for addressing audit findings. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Corporate Accountant at Thyssen Mining, where monthly financial statements were prepared, and roles as an Accounting Analyst and Procurement Specialist. Husnain has a solid educational background with ACCA membership and degrees in applied accounting and business administration from institutions including the University of London and Oxford Brookes University.
