Fernando Rozas has over two decades of experience in the technology and business sectors, currently serving as a senior systems analyst and business consultant at GOVERNANÇABRASIL - GOVBR since May 1999. Fernando holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from FACULDADES INTEGRADAS "ANTÔNIO EUFRÁSIO DE TOLEDO" DE PRESIDENTE PRUDENTE and a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from UniCesumar, where studies were completed between 2019 and 2022. Additionally, Fernando possesses postgraduate qualifications in Public Management and Fiscal Responsibility and is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Software Architecture .NET at FIAP, expected to conclude in September 2024.
