Lauren Menuey is currently the Managing Director of Product and Training at Goosehead Insurance Agency, a role they've held since 2014. Previously, Lauren served as a Senior Territory Sales Manager at Progressive Insurance from 2009 to 2014, where they focused on increasing sales through the Independent Agent channel and developing training strategies. Their career also includes positions as a Casualty Senior Claims Representative at Allied Insurance and a Liability Claims Administrator at ELCO Administrative Services, as well as an early role as a Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Lauren earned a Bachelor of Liberal Arts and Science in Speech Communication from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2002.
