Laura Sierra Otalvaro, CAPM, has extensive experience in project management and design across multiple prestigious organizations. At NCR Corporation, Laura contributed as an Executive Leadership Intern by managing global webcasts and later developed a solution that won a Sales Pitch Award, leading to company-wide implementation in the role of UX & Service Design Intern. As a Customer Experience Project Manager, Laura guided the implementation of a $500K Customer Success tool, focusing on user-centric strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce churn. Currently, Laura serves as a Program Manager for Strategy & Governance at Google and is the founder of Jennys Inc, where Laura received a Humanitarian Award and seed funding in a Start Up Incubator Program at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Laura holds a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Product Design from Georgia Institute of Technology.
