Lara Ocon is an accomplished sales manager currently leading Google Customer Solutions since January 2022. Prior to this role, Lara served as the Director of Customer Success and Operations at Immfly, where the focus was on enhancing operational efficiency and revenue through innovative digital solutions. As a founding member of Women in eTravel, Lara has been dedicated to promoting gender diversity in the online travel sector by creating supportive networks for women. Previous experience includes holding significant positions at Airbnb, where Lara managed the API Partnerships Program for EMEA, and at Booking.com, where Lara advanced to Area Manager of Strategic Partnerships through expertise in team management and operational improvements.
