Karolis Balciunas is the Global Head of Developer Product GTM at Google Play Partnerships, where they lead initiatives to manage product go-to-market programs and enhance developer ecosystem diversity. Previously, Karolis served as a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Piksel Inc., where they spearheaded global marketing efforts and collaborated with prominent technology partners. At Google, Karolis held multiple roles, including Early Access Programs Lead and Business Development Lead for Start on Android, establishing vital developer programs and fostering innovation in app development. Karolis also gained experience as a Senior Manager at AOL, enhancing strategic partnerships with major media publishers, and began their career as an Economic Analyst for the Office of the President of the Republic of Lithuania. They hold an A.B. from Harvard University and an International Baccalaureate from UWC Atlantic College.
