Karen McArdle is a Senior Operations Manager with over 15 years of experience in the credit card industry, having worked for one of the Big Four UK banks. They have held various leadership roles, notably as the Head of 1:1 Support ROW at Google, and have managed operations and incident management functions at Barclaycard. Fluent in Spanish and possessing business-level proficiency in French and Italian, they are well-equipped for multilingual environments. Karen holds a Master’s Degree in Language Interpretation and Translation from Heriot-Watt University.
