Valerie Irwin is an experienced HR Manager currently leading Global Product Design and Development at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. With over a decade in human resources, they focus on aligning HR strategies with organizational goals, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering a high-performance culture. Prior to their current role, Valerie transformed HR operations for Goodyear’s Commercial Tire and Service Centers, introducing significant resources like the first Employee Handbook. They also served as HR and Marketing Manager at Pandora, where they managed HR functions for over 200 associates and developed impactful marketing strategies. Valerie is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication at Ohio University.
