Jessica Williams is currently the Director of Instructional Design at Goodwill of North Georgia. Previously, Jessica served as the Regional Manager for Workforce Development at Georgia Mountains Workforce Development and the Youth Services Supervisor. Jessica also held the position of Director at The Salvation Army, managing programs in various locations. Jessica holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Ashford University, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Augusta State University/Ashford University, and an Associate's degree in Social Work/Theology from Evangeline Booth College.
