Lauren Barta serves as Chief of Staff and Executive Business Partner at Gong since September 2023. Previously, Lauren held the role of Executive Business Partner at Talkdesk from September 2022 to September 2023. At MX from February 2019 to September 2022, Lauren managed the team of Executive Assistants and worked as an Executive Associate and Executive Assistant, supporting various executives. Prior experience includes working as an Executive Assistant at Backcountry for a brief period in late 2018, providing high-level administrative support during Q4, and serving as a Constituent Services Specialist and Legislative Assistant for the Minnesota House of Representatives from 2016 to 2018. Lauren began her career in academic administration at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities and is a recipient of the Distinguished Undergraduate Research Internship at the University of Minnesota. Lauren holds multiple Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and Political Science from Loyola University Chicago, University of Galway, and University of Minnesota.
