William Katt is a seasoned securities and financial services attorney currently serving as Vice President, Legal at Goldman Sachs. They have extensive experience ranging from in-house counsel roles to federal government service as a Special Counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Prior to their current position, Katt held senior legal roles at State Street and Foley & Lardner LLP, advising on complex regulatory and transactional matters. Katt is also a Charter Member of TechGC, an independent community for General Counsels. They are pursuing a J.D. at Columbia University School of Law and hold a BSFS in International Economics from Georgetown University.
