Giulia Merlo is a human-centered design professional with a decade of experience in agile research and design practices, primarily within the public sector. Giulia has held various leadership roles, including Director of Service Design and Research at Elsevier and Head of User Research, Design and Evaluation at Citizens Advice, where Giulia has led large teams and championed a user-centered design culture. Giulia completed her MA at King's College London and has also earned a Certificate of Higher Education from Birkbeck College. Passionate about creating meaningful organizational change, Giulia thrives in collaborative environments that promote innovation and experimentation.
