Richard Tully is a seasoned geologist with extensive experience in mineral resource modeling and reporting, currently serving as the Senior Manager Resource Geology at Gold Fields since March 2014. Tully has demonstrated leadership in developing high-performing teams, managing resource geology efforts across both global and Australian assets, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards such as SAMREC and S-K 1300. Prior experience includes key roles at Barrick Gold Corporation, where Tully was instrumental in managing mineral resources at the Granny Smith Gold Mine, and various positions in other mining companies, contributing to successful exploration and feasibility studies. Tully holds a Bachelor of Science with honors in Earth Science from the University of Melbourne.
