Florian Perfler is currently a Vorstandsreferent für Organisationsentwicklung und zentrales Projektmanagement at Goethe-Institut e.V., where they have been involved since 2020. Prior to this role, Florian served as a Senior Consultant at EQU:WIN GmbH from 2014 to 2019 and completed a Volontariat Projektarbeit with the BMW Foundation Herbert Quandt in 2013.
