Haley Koo is an accomplished retail operations manager with extensive experience in the chocolate industry. Starting as a North-East Territory Manager and advancing to the Canberra Salon Manager at Koko Black Chocolate from February 2015 to April 2016, Haley developed strong leadership skills. Transitioning to Godiva Chocolatier in January 2014, Haley served in multiple roles including Country Manager of Australia and National Retail Manager, overseeing a team dedicated to achieving success in the Australian market until January 2024.
