Bob Palestrant is an internationally recognized leader in emergency management and homeland security. They served as Miami International Airport Fire Chief from 2006 to 2012, where they directed emergency response operations and enhanced interagency collaboration. Subsequently, Bob held the position of Director of the Office of Emergency Management and Homeland Security in Miami-Dade County, coordinating disaster response efforts for over 2.6 million residents. Currently, as Senior Vice President of Response for GoCrisis, they support global crisis management initiatives, aiding businesses in preparing for and responding to emergencies. Bob also has extensive experience from 2013 to 2022 as District Chief at Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport with the Broward Sheriff's Office, managing critical training and emergency operations.
