Jenny Östman is currently the Chief People Officer at GOALS, where they focus on leading people and culture initiatives. Previously, they served as a Senior People & Culture Manager at Voi Technology, overseeing HR functions in the Nordics. Jenny has held multiple HR roles, including HR Manager at LeoVegas Group and Senior People & Culture Partner at Sinch, where they contributed to organizational and leadership development. They began their career as a Recruitment Assistant at Clevry Sweden and hold a Bachelor's degree in Sociology with a focus on Human Resources from Södertörns högskola.
