Vaidyanathan Mahadevan currently holds the position of Group Chief Financial Officer at Yubi since June 2025, following a successful tenure as EVP & Chief Financial Officer at Polaris Consulting & Services Ltd from March 2015 to June 2025. Vaidyanathan has extensive experience in financial leadership, having previously served as Group CFO at Vivimed Labs Limited and NSL Group, where responsibilities included leading fundraising activities and reporting to the Group Chairman. Prior roles include Chief Financial Officer at Hostmann-Steinberg, where Vaidyanathan contributed to the growth of the North American division of the Huber Group, and Accounting Manager at Bilag Industries Limited, a major agro-chemical firm. Vaidyanathan began the career in finance at Stock Holding Corporation of India. Educational qualifications include ICWAI, CA, B.Com from the University of Calicut, CPA, and CMA certifications.
