Pauline van Heerdt is a Government Success Manager for the Netherlands at CitizenLab since January 2023, with a background in project management and Scrum implementation exemplified during a traineeship at Gemeente Lelystad. Previous experience includes service as a Second Class Soldier in the Korps Nationale Reserve, and roles in the insurance sector as a Loss Adjuster, Recourse Expert, and legal intern at Achmea.
