Eric Licker, M. Ed., is an experienced Director of Training and Service Operations with over 20 years in Customer Care and Learning and Development. They have a proven track record of exceeding performance targets in sales and customer feedback, as well as extensive global experience managing teams across nine countries. Eric leads engineering support initiatives and training for the Americas at GLORY and serves as a Board Member at the Community Development Corporation of Little Elm. They hold multiple degrees from Sam Houston State University, including a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction.
