Melody Portnoy is an experienced HR professional with a solid background in talent acquisition and organizational design. From July 2019 to January 2022, Melody served as Tech Talent Acquisition LATAM at Globant, where responsibilities included creating recruitment strategies and sourcing candidates through various platforms. Prior to that, Melody worked as an Organizational Design & Integrations Analyst, focusing on developing organizational structures and evaluating positions using Mercer methodology. Experience also includes roles at Iquall Networks and Prüne, where Melody conducted recruitment processes and managed HR administrative tasks. Melody began a career in HR as an intern at Ingredion Incorporated, gaining valuable skills in recruitment and selection. Educational qualifications include a degree in Labor Relations from the University of Buenos Aires and a specialized course in IT and Systems recruitment from Capacitarte UBA.
