Crystal Kenney is a Principal Engineer in Technology and Integration at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, with extensive experience in efficiency improvements, device engineering, and process integration across various technology nodes, including 28NM, 20NM, 14NM, and 12LP. Prior to this role, Crystal served as a FEP Graduate Student Intern at SEMATECH, focusing on simulating Schottky diode characteristics and developing analytical tools for band diagram extraction. Crystal also has valuable experience as a Graduate Student Consultant at the Semiconductor Industry Association, a Digital Design Co-op at National Semiconductor, and has participated in research programs funded by the National Science Foundation. Crystal holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, along with Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, and Computer Engineering from the University of Maine.
