Alicia has over 12 years of corporate experience in medical software in client services, sales, and quality testing. She brings this perspective to the operations of Global Partners Training, where she is focused on scheduling, reporting, and business development. Alicia holds a degree in Biology from Salve Regina University. She enjoys kayaking and hiking everywhere she goes, but can most often be found in the White Mountains of New Hampshire.
