Abhilash Kumar is a general surgeon specializing in minimally invasive techniques, including laparoscopic and robotic surgery, with a particular focus on gastrointestinal and bariatric procedures. Currently working as a healthcare consultant at Gleneagles Global Hospitals, Abhilash routinely consults on GI diseases and performs advanced surgical procedures. Prior to this role, Abhilash served as the head of the Department of General and Laparoscopic Surgery at Chettinad Super Specialty Hospital, where over the years, they conducted more than 1300 surgeries and contributed significantly to surgical education and mentorship.
