Kate Blake is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at GlideFast Consulting since January 2024, Kate previously held the role of Senior Human Resources Business Partner at RUME USA from March 2018 to August 2023, where responsibilities included executing employee performance management processes and managing HRIS reporting. Prior experience includes serving as Recruiting and Training Manager at Pangea Real Estate from July 2010 to March 2018, focusing on employee recruitment and the development of training materials. Kate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from DePaul University and a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University.
