Mohammed Bin-Rashid is an experienced professional in risk management and banking, currently serving as a Member of the Board Risk Committee at First Aden Bank, where governance and oversight of risk management strategies are prioritized. Mohammed also provides expertise as an Advisory Council Member at GLG and works as a Risk Management Consultant for Fly-Aden Airlines, focusing on enhancing risk resilience in the aviation sector. Previously, Mohammed held positions at the United Nations as a Risk Management Officer, overseeing security assessments, and at Al-Qutaibi Islamic Bank for Microfinance, assisting in the implementation of risk management frameworks aligned with Islamic banking standards. Additional experience includes roles with Humanity & Inclusion and CARE International, concentrating on security risk management in South Yemen. Mohammed’s educational background includes a preparatory year at Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University.
