Nicole Gardiner is a Senior Environmental Advisor at AGL, a position held since 2025. Previously, they worked as a Mining Officer for the Northern Territory Government from 2011 to 2013, and during that time, they also served as an Indigenous Cadet for the Department of Mines and Energy. Nicole's experience includes a role as a Marine Conservation Diver at GVI in 2014, as well as various positions at Glencore, including Environmental Advisor, Environmental Senior Officer, and Environmental Officer from 2015 to 2019. They earned a Bachelor of Environmental Science with a GPA of 6 from Charles Darwin University between 2011 and 2013.
