Zen Cai is currently the Site Director at GSK, where they oversee small molecule operations and ensure operational quality at the global site level. They began their career in pharmaceutical manufacturing in 2007 and have extensive experience in API manufacturing operations, quality, and technical transfer for new chemical entities. Zen has successfully led multiple inspections by regulatory authorities, including the US FDA and ANSM, showcasing their commitment to operational excellence and inspection readiness. They hold a Master of Science in Molecular Engineering from the National University of Singapore, complementing their Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the same institution.
