Yvonne Teo, PhD, is the Associate Director of Computational Biology at GSK, where they specialize in translational biomarker research and multi-omics data analysis. They earned an Honors Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology from Penn State University and later obtained both a Master of Arts and a Doctor of Philosophy in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, and Biochemistry from Brown University. Their experience includes serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Brown University and working as a Computational Biologist at GSK before their current role. As a PhD candidate, they identified an epigenetic biomarker of aging and continuously developed bioinformatics techniques throughout their academic journey.
