Virginie Hianne is an HR Director and consultant with extensive experience in human resources management across various organizations, including PPG, Delachaux, and Roquette. Virginie has successfully led strategic HR projects, talent development initiatives, and change management efforts while supervising teams and coaching leaders. Currently, Virginie serves as a Transition HR Manager at GSK and continues to enhance their skills with ongoing education in management and coaching. Previously, they held roles such as Head of Global HR at Roquette and have also worked as an independent coach, assisting organizations in fostering employee development and engagement.
