Lynn Tucker is the VP and Head of R&D Risk Management at GSK, where they lead initiatives to ensure effective pipeline governance and decision-making. With over two decades of experience at GSK, Lynn has held various leadership roles, including the API Pilot Plant Manager and VP, R&D Operations, Strategy, Portfolio & Operations. Lynn is a graduate of Cabrini University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, and Villanova University, where they obtained a Master's degree in Organic Chemistry. Currently, Lynn focuses on advancing R&D capabilities by fostering collaboration across multiple business lines within the organization.
