Joanna Brodniak is a Senior Manager and Product Owner at GSK, where they have held multiple roles, including Product Owner for ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management, Senior Delivery Manager, and Service Operations & Quality Lead for GSK Poland. Joanna began their career as a Stażysta at PKO Bank Polski in 2015 and has since gained extensive experience in service operations, digital learning, and project management within the technology sector. They hold both a Licencjat and a Magister degree from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Poznaniu and participated in the Erasmus + Exchange program at Universidad de Vigo.
