Ilanit Bachar is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in developing REST API integrations and web application features. At Akoya from September 2020 to October 2024, Ilanit contributed to secure data exchanges for over 20 clients using Go and improved support ticket resolution times through Salesforce integration. Currently serving as a Compute Platform Engineer at GSK since May 2025, Ilanit previously worked as a software developer intern at Comcast, where significant projects included implementing Swagger API for a Node.js application and conducting research on database solutions. Ilanit's foundation in technology was built through an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Bucks County Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Drexel University. Prior military service includes a role as a soldier with the Israel Defense Forces, where Ilanit was trained in law enforcement and counter-terrorism.
