Ellen Hudock is currently the VP, Associate General Counsel, Head of Global Operations, and Chief of Staff for Legal and Compliance at GSK, where they lead a team of approximately 60 global operations personnel. Previously, Ellen served as Head of Operations for Global Pharmaceuticals Legal and played a pivotal role in anti-bribery and corruption investigations. Before joining GSK, Ellen was a Commercial Litigation Associate at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC and a Law Clerk for Judge Ronald E. Buckwalter at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Ellen holds a J.D. from Dickinson Law and a B.A. in English Literature, magna cum laude, from Denison University.
