Andy Watts, MCIPS, is a Senior Procurement Director and currently heads Pharma Supply Chain Procurement at GSK, overseeing procurement teams across 26 global manufacturing sites with a focus on £1bn of Direct Materials spend. With 16 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector and a strong background in procurement transformation, Andy has successfully implemented innovative strategies and developed high-performing teams throughout their career. Prior roles include significant contributions at Pfizer and BD, where Andy enhanced supplier relationships and drove substantial savings across various procurement categories. Andy holds a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry from the University of Leeds.
