Aileen Kirkpatrick is the Director of Cell Process Development in Cell and Gene Therapy at GSK, a position held since 2019. Previously, Aileen served as a Scientific Leader in the same field at GSK from 2014 to 2019 and was a Post-Doctoral Research Associate in the Department of Haematology at the University of Cambridge from 2004 to 2012. Aileen earned a Master of Science in Physiological Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacology from the University of Aberdeen, as well as a PhD in Molecular Medicine from The University of Edinburgh.
