Victoria Betts MRTPI is a Senior Planner at Gladman, where they have progressed from Planning Apprentice to Senior Planner since joining in 2022. Previously, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Emery Planning Partnership in 2025 and served as an Optical Consultant at Boots Opticians from 2016 to 2018. In 2017, Victoria delivered a TEDx Talk following a visit to Auschwitz with the Holocaust Educational Trust. They hold a degree from Sheffield Hallam University, which they completed in 2023.
