Claudio R. is the Human Resources Director for South America at GKN Driveline, a position held since 2014. Previously, Claudio served as a Regional HR Manager for Latin America at Parker Hannifin and worked in various HR roles at companies such as Cemar/Legran and Gerdau. Claudio has also held leadership positions in organizational development and executive search and contributed as a Human Resources professor at ULBRA. Claudio earned degrees in Social Communication and Human Resources from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, enhancing their expertise in the field. Additionally, Claudio has been a deliberative advisor for Banco Bradesco's pension fund since 2019.
