Zlatko Milikić is a skilled executive with diverse local and international experience in legal, financial, and business reforms across public and private sectors. They have held various leadership roles, including Special Advisor to the Minister of Finance in Serbia, where they contributed to significant stabilization and development initiatives in the national financial system. Currently, they serve as an Advisory Consultant at KPMG Serbia and as an Independent Consultant, focusing on management consulting and corporate restructuring. Their work includes projects aimed at promoting digital payments and financial inclusion in the Western Balkans, showcasing their expertise in collaborating with international development institutions like GIZ and Visa. Zlatko earned an LL.M. in International Law and Legal Studies from American University Washington College of Law.
